A meditative class experience of healing and integration. Featuring passive floor stretches with longer hold times given the intent of not stretching the body, but to evoke a recalibration of the nervous system. The use of props makes it easier to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body and focusing on the breath. This practice is beneficial to everyone, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, tension and pain.

An open meditation with a time-keeper available to explain the process and length of time. There is a sitting, slow intentional paced walking, followed by another sitting, with a discussion at the end. This is a self-guided meditation available for everybody who wants to clear out negative energy and promote positive thinking and inner peace.

Vin-Yin

A combination of both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Vinyasa is a moving meditation. Synchronizing movement, internally and externally, with one's breath. Moving into a posture with the inhale, then move out with the exhale. Yin Yoga is the opposite, focusing on the beauty of stillness, by holding postures for a longer period. Yin postures promote stretching out the connective tissues helping you relax into the deepest layers of your body. This class is a great way to start your morning leaving you grounded and peaceful, ready to start your day. This class is great for all levels.

A gentle yoga flow class with Qigong practices and sound healing. This class is great for beginners and beneficial to those who regularly practice. There is strong focus on breath, alignment and fluid movement. Let's embrace the heart through our stillness and awareness and come back to that peaceful place within ourselves. *Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month.
